		<description>My jogging pants haven&#039;t seen much use in a while but I do a lot of outdoor activities and I do agree that buying outdoor brands and spending that bit more for the quality is worth it as they do serve a great purpose and will perform when they are needed.</description>

		<description>I think I&#039;m one of those people who don&#039;t really care what clothes they&#039;re wearing while working out...  I mean, if they&#039;re not falling apart and don&#039;t restrict my movements, they&#039;re still good to wear! I have these old grey sweatpants which I absolutely love and I would never throw them out...  wear them to jogging in the morning, but I must admit they&#039;re not good for anything else - no lounging around the house! They&#039;re actually quite embarrassing... Perhaps I should rethink my decision ;)</description>

Are you just trying to achieve weight loss through dieting?
If so, that&#039;s a long, hard row to hoe.
If you could just figure out a way to get some regular exercise into your week, you might see some results.
