<description>Yeah, I work out regularly. Usually any where from 30 - 60 minutes 5 days a week on the elliptical and 30 minutes twice a week on weights/toning.

Thanks for your comment :)</description>

<description>I haven't seen you mention exercise anywhere in your posts.
Are you just trying to achieve weight loss through dieting?
If so, that's a long, hard row to hoe.
If you could just figure out a way to get some regular exercise into your week, you might see some results.

<description>First off congratulations!!! It's nice to buy new clothes and even better when you've lost weight.

I was getting to the point where you were, then I gained some back. Hopefully by the end of summer I'll have to buy some new stuff. Right now I can still fit into my old clothes, there just really lose.

<description>The good news is that your metabolism seems to be keeping up with your holiday, which means you should be able to do some real damage now that you'll have a more controlled eating plan.

Yes, it sucks to be in the "O" column, but we're headed in the right direction!

<description>I recently thought about the merits of living in a city versus a small town (like where I live now). From a fitness perspective, I think the cities have an advantage. You walk more places, have access to more facilities, and more restaurants cater to different eating styles. Beyond the air quality, cities might be better for our health than small towns.
