			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Another 1lb lost this week, hurrah. It&#8217;s not 2lb like it was for the last two weeks, but it means 5lbs over the last three weeks and that is pretty major for me. Only one more to go and I will be down to 12 stone, that&#8217;s been a pretty big mini goal in my head ever since I started this weight loss malarky over a year ago now, so it&#8217;s going to feel awesome to finally get there! Only 2lb more to be <em>below</em> 12 stone, into the 11s, yay <img src='http://www.losingpounds.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>I continued with the same pattern, logging every thing, aiming for a 1000 deficit each day and again I lost 2lbs, that&#8217;s 4lbs in 2 weeks which is mega for me. I can&#8217;t wait to see how I go this week though, I was on my period last week and that&#8217;s been known to do a whole world of funky things to my weight&#8230;so I am not counting my chickens just yet. I&#8217;d be thrilled if I could keep up this pace though <img src='http://www.losingpounds.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
