			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m home, had a wonderful time but dreading hopping on those scales tonight. Over the last week or so I have had more &#8216;naughty&#8217; food than I have had in the last year, I even had a pint and a half of cider and black &#8211; my first alcoholic drink in 16 months.</p>
<p>I have had a kebab, fish and chips, a fry up, ice creams, fudge and a whole lot more.</p>
<p>I will post an update after I have weighed in, I expect to be up at least a few lbs&#8230;though knowing my luck it&#8217;ll be more, eeeeh.</p>
