Yeah plain old &#8216;drink water&#8217; &#8211; they say that a lot of the time when you think you are hungry, it&#8217;s actually just dehydration and a glass of something wet will see you right &#8211; so whenever it&#8217;s late, or I have eaten my calories for the day but I still feel hungry I go ahead and have a big glass of juice &#8211; of course this doesn&#8217;t always make the hunger go away, but I&#8217;d say it works about half of the time <img src='http://www.losingpounds.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
