			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have lost another pound at tonights weigh in, oh happy days, that was an unexpected one really.</p>
<p>I will definitely have to continue on doing what I am doing for now, as it seems to be working &#8212; I&#8217;d be thrilled to lose a pound a week, steadily, I&#8217;d rather than that lose 3lbs, then nothing for a month etc. I would be at my next mini goal by November!</p>
<p>The thing is, I don&#8217;t 100% know what it is I am doing at the moment that&#8217;s working&#8230;I am not counting calories as strictly, just keeping a general eye on my intake&#8230;I am allowing myself treats and occasional high calorie foods I wouldn&#8217;t normally touch with a barge pole and I am not killing myself when I work out&#8230;when I start I decide that I should do a minimum of 30 minutes and any thing over that is a bonus, last week most days that worked out to me doing 40 &#8211; 50 minutes and I&#8217;d feel good about that, whereas before if I did anything less than 1 hour I&#8217;d feel like I&#8217;d failed.</p>
<p>So what&#8217;s working for me at the moment, is not trying as hard &#8212; and that&#8217;s a little scary, because I work well when I have strict rules to follow.</p>
<p>But I am sticking with it for now at least <img src='http://www.losingpounds.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
